Can I change my Appointment time or date?
To change your booking time or date, please contact us within two working days (48 hours) of your confirmed booking time. Please note there is a £10 re-booking fee for changing a booking date/time (If within the time period stated). If you change your booking without giving the required two working days (48 hours) notice we will retain 50% of the full value of your booking.
Can I cancel my Appointment?

Who Owns Copyright?
Copyright is owned by UniQ Studios. You can have right to copy if you purchase a Prints or CD of images. This will allow you to use the selected photos for any purpose and reproduce them. Corporate client always get full copyright of final images/videos we supply.
Can UniQ use my images?
UniQ Studios can only use your photographs if you have allowed us to by signing the appropriate model release form. UniQ Studios would always like to be able to use your photographs for our portfolio (print and web). We will not sell photographs to any third party unless agreed with you. Corporate clients can request for images/Video that we produce for them not to be used by UniQ Studios.
>> MAKING PAYMENT
Do I need to pay a deposit for my booking?
We require a min 50% deposit for all bookings. Please note there is a £10 re-booking fee for changing a booking date/time and a £20 fee for cancelling your booking (If changed/cancelled within 48 hours). If you cancel your booking without giving the required two working days (48 hours) notice we will retain 50% of the full value of your booking.
Is it safe to make online payment?
We use PayPal for all online transactions. PayPal is one of the worlds largest and safest online payment systems as your financial details are not shared with UniQ Studios. Once you have paid via PayPal you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment from PayPal. Please contact us first to confirm booking time/date before making online payment.
Can I pay over the phone?
If you don’t feel comfortable using the Internet or simple prefer to make payment on the phone you can call the studio to make payment on 0207 987 8444 / 07984 395 067.
What are my options for making Payment?
We offer a wide range of payment options. You can make payment online using your credit/debit card or PayPal. You can make payment with your credit/debit card over the phone. You can make payment in person at the studio. You can make payment via bank deposit (contact us for details if you prefer this payment method).
